If something brings you to write to us, we'd rather you used your own words than a form. So there isn't one.

hello@heirsong.frWe read every message ourselves. You'll usually hear back within two working days — often sooner. Sometimes a little longer if grief is heavy on this end too.
What we can help with
- A download that didn't arrive, or a file that didn't open properly
- A question about one of the templates, journals, or kits
- A custom request — a tribute letter, a ceremony script for a particular companion, a portrait when those open later in 2026
- Press, partnership, or feature inquiries
- Sharing a memory or a piece of feedback. We keep all of them.
What we can't be
HeirSong is one small studio, not a crisis line, not a counselling service, not a veterinary referral. If you're in the rawest part of grief, or if someone you love is — please reach for the organizations below first. They are larger, free, and staffed by people trained for exactly this.

A note on what we don't do
We do not use urgency tactics. We do not retarget grief across the internet. We do not show pet faces in ads, and we will not use yours.
If you write to us with a memory, a name, or a date — that stays with us. We never sell, share, or recombine it with anything else. The only emails you'll receive from us are the ones you asked for.
