The words we want to leave behind.
Letters from one generation to the next. Living tributes. The pieces we make while there's still time.
HeirSong's Legacy collection is for the work that doesn't begin with a death. It begins, instead, with the recognition that we have something we want to pass on — a story, a sentence, a way we want to be remembered, a few honest paragraphs to a person not yet born.
This is the most distant horizon in our studio. The pieces below are in active development and won't be available until later this year, at the earliest. They're listed here because the brand's full ambition is on the table, not hidden — and because we believe legacy work and grief work are quietly the same craft.
Legacy Letters
A small, ghostwritten package: three to five carefully composed letters, written from your memories and your voice, to be opened by the people you love at moments you choose. For graduations. For weddings. For the day after.
Living Tribute
A keepsake made for someone still here — a portrait, a printed compilation of letters from people who love them, a small ritual book of the moments others wanted to mark. Often given to those navigating illness, retirement, or the quieter milestones.
Milestone Ritual Pack
Small ceremonies for the transitions that don't always get marked — leaving a home, retiring from a long career, becoming a grandparent, becoming the eldest in a family. Scripts, candle rituals, blessing cards.
If you're working on a private legacy project — a letter for a child, a tribute for someone still living, a piece you're not sure how to begin — please write to us at hello@heirsong.fr. Some of our most considered work has begun this way.
